Main features
1.10L jacketed glass reactor, the vessel size is 290*450mm, which is made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass can resist temperature from -100℃to +300℃ and afford 100℃ temperature difference, DN25 flange type of inlet and outlet one each for conducting heat medium. DN50 discharging valve is used for bottom discharge, ensure there is no dead angles and complete discharge. Jacket pressure resistance≤0.05mpa, vacuum degree＞-0.098mpa.
2.φ265mm multi-neck flange type reactor lid is made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass, detailed distributions and functions are as bellows:
1)50# flange type stirring neck in middle, equipped with ceramic mechanical seal, resist to high and low temperature and corrosion, ensure it can be highly accurately sealed in poor conditions. φ16mm stainless steel stirring rod which is covered with PTFE outside, and paddle is fully made of PTFE, which is suitable for mixing of all kinds of materials.
2) DN40 flange type vapor neck in the left rear is equipped with coil condenser, water separator and 3L receiving bottle for reflux and distillation.
